  • All orders are prepared and packaged within 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before leaving our facility.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, packages usually take 10 to 16 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
  • Total Estimated Time: From order placement to delivery, most orders arrive within 14 to 22 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • We charge a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders.
  • Orders over $100 within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

Carriers

To provide dependable service, we work with trusted delivery providers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local carriers where applicable.

Important Notes

  • The above timelines apply to standard U.S. deliveries.
  • Delivery to military addresses may not always be available.
  • Certain items, peak seasons, or special circumstances may extend processing or transit times.
  • Large or bulk orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. These may arrive in multiple packages. Free shipping does not apply to oversized shipments.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 5–7 days for tracking updates to appear. If the tracking page shows no movement, it may still be in the carrier’s processing stage. If your order takes longer than expected, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. CutVex is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you request address changes or forwarding through the carrier after shipment, we cannot guarantee delivery or be held liable for delays or losses.
